Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LoNeSte UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Titlecard", "we") collects through titlecard.media and how we use it, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

LoNeSte UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Höglhaus 4, 83104 Tuntenhausen, Germany, adrian@titlecard.media. We are the data controller.

What we collect

• Sample-request form: your name, email, brokerage, social handle, a listing link, market, and business context you choose to provide.
• Public business data: to prepare your free sample we may view publicly available information (your listing, your public social profile).
• Basic technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs (IP, browser) to serve and secure the site.

Why (legal basis)

• To create and deliver the free sample you requested and to contact you about it — performance of a contract / your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To operate and secure the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Any marketing emails only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw anytime.

Processors we use

• Tally (form) — stores your submission.
• Cloudflare (hosting, email routing).
• Google Workspace (our email).
• Public-data and rendering tools used only to prepare your sample.

Some processors may be outside the EU; where so, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Lead data is kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and object to processing. Email adrian@titlecard.media. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority — for us, the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach, Germany.
